1. Bookings & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as required. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods through our secure booking system.
2. Cancellations by You
- More than 48 hours before departure: full refund
- Within 48 hours of departure: no refund, however we will try to reschedule where possible
- No-shows: no refund
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
3. Cancellations by Tropic Wings
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control (including road closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions). In these cases a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Tour Changes
Itineraries and inclusions are subject to change without notice due to operational requirements, attraction closures, or weather. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent or better alternative.
5. Health & Safety
All guests must follow guide instructions at all times. Tropic Wings reserves the right to refuse or remove passengers who are intoxicated, aggressive, or pose a safety risk. Guests with medical conditions should advise us at the time of booking.
6. Liability
Tropic Wings' liability is limited to the value of the tour booked. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage to personal property except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Our tours operate in natural environments — inherent risks exist.
7. Children & Families
- Child prices apply to ages 4–14
- Children under 4 travel free (no seat allocated)
- Family prices apply to 2 adults and up to 2 children
