The City Sights and River Cruise tour pairs a scenic Trinity Inlet cruise and waterfront lunch with a guided afternoon around Cairns — an easy-paced full day with plenty of variety.
Make your own way to Marlin Marina for the 10:30am river cruise through the mangrove-lined waters of Trinity Inlet, with views back to the Cairns waterfront and the ranges of the Wet Tropics. Lunch at Dundee's on the Waterfront is included.
After lunch your Tropic Wings guide collects you at the Reef Fleet Terminal for the City Sights tour: Cairns Botanic Gardens, Cairns Museum, the Great Barrier Reef stained-glass windows of St Monica's Cathedral, afternoon tea and a drive up to Palm Cove Beach. The day finishes with a drop-off at your Cairns hotel at around 6:00pm.
Hotel pick-up is not included on this tour. It suits couples, retirees and anyone after a relaxed, scenic day out.
